We at MADHU GROUP began our journey with our parent company, MADHU ELECTRICALS which was established by Mr. Dev P. Goel in 1986. We began as a small setup, trading in Versatrip MCBs and DBs. In 1990, we got the dealership of English Electric Company of India (now called GE Power Control India) and soon we became their Authorized Distributors for RCCBs in North India.

In 1996, we set up our first plant (10,000 sqft) to manufacture LT Control Panels in Udyog Vihar Gurgaon. We got the prestigious ISO 9001:2000 certification in 2002. With business growing along with our reputation, we started our second plant (15,000sqft) in Feb 2006 in Gurgaon. In 2012 we commenced manufacturing at our consolidated plant in IMT Manesar with our new identity: CONQUERENT Control Systems Pvt Ltd. This plant is a 3-storeyed world-class facility with 45,000 sqft area and houses modern machines & adheres to global manufacturing standards. In 2018, we acquired another 2,000 sqm plant in Manesar to consolidate shopfloor area to 125,000 sqft and manufacture global standard CSS (PSS) units with a unique Patented Twin Canopy design.

Having grown from a scratch, over the years we have become a strong force to reckon with, in the Electrical industry. Apart from our major effort into manufacturing activity, we are also aggressively supplying various electrical equipment like LV/MV Customized Panels, Transformers, Compact Package Substations, Maintenance Free Earthing Solutions, Advanced Lightning Protection Systems, etc.

We are Authorized System Integrator of ABB for TTA (IEC 61439) LV Panels. SIEMENS & EATON have appointed us as System House for manufacturing their MV Panels up to 36kV and Authorized Distributors for their RMU range. We are Technology Partners for TDK for MV LV Capacitor Panels and also Key Direct Account (KDA) for L&T and ABB.
